1. Acceptance of terms

2. Not financial advice

All content on Investofil — including AI-generated portfolio analysis, research articles, market commentary, and any other materials — is provided foreducational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Always consult a qualified, regulated financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of principal.

3. Use of the AI Agent

The Investofil AI Agent is an experimental tool. Its outputs are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You use the Agent at your own risk. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Agent's outputs.

Do not make financial decisions based solely on the Agent's analysis. The Agent does not have access to real-time market data and its responses do not account for your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

4. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including articles, design, code, and brand assets — is owned by Investofil or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investofil and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or the AI Agent, including any investment losses or decisions made in reliance on content published here.

7. Pricing

The Investofil AI Agent includes a free daily allowance of requests, which resets each day at midnight UTC. Beyond that allowance, requests are paid for with credits.

Investofil does not sell credits and does not take payment.Where credits are available, they are sold by the partner or provider through whom you reached the service. Your payment contract is with them, and any question about a charge, a refund, or a receipt is theirs to answer. We add credits to your account once that provider confirms your purchase.

Credits are denominated in requests rather than money, so a later price change cannot reduce a balance you already hold. They do not expire and they carry over between days. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. The free daily allowance and the number of requests a credit buys may change, with notice on this site.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
